Morrigan Aensland from Dark Stalkers ^o^ but I didn't know her from that game, I always played her in Marvel vs. Capcom.
She is hot as hell. I wish I had time to draw a proper fan art for her, NOT a chibi one, but this was an impulse draw and I was running out of time so I just did a chibi v__v
Coloring sucks on this one >< pretty flat cause I was rushing Dx ..oh well
